2) Use the Donate Button below
Sign up with a $15 donation to our non profit Charlotte Harbor Reef Association
3) On the donation screen you will have the option to
‘add special instructions to the seller’
Enter only the angler’s name and cell phone number
example: John Brown 941-123-4567

4) We will text your angler number
to the cell phone you provide.
Once you have that, on May 15, you can start fishing!

5) On the first day of each Fishing Period
we will post a 5 question VIDEO FISH QUIZ below.
The questions are multiple choice. The quiz is optional.
Text back your answers before the end of that fishing period in order to
better your chance of winning the Tracker boat

There are lots of other prizes besides the boat!

We must have a donation to issue an angler number

Angler Resource Manual

By Donating $ one cent or more and accepting an angler number in the Dollar Bill Challenge we acknowledge we have read the rules and we agree to abide by all the rules. We further agree to be Ethical Anglers, to represent our fish measurements accurately, to the best of our ability, in all of our submissions.

The undersigned singularly and jointly, also hereby waive and release the Dollar Bill Challenge, The Charlotte Harbor Reef Association, WaterLIFE Magazine, and all Tournament Officials, agents, employees and sponsors, and all other contestants in connection with the tournament series, and further agrees to hold each and all of the above harmless from any and all damages on account of any injury the undersigned may suffer as a result of participating in the Dollar Bill Challenge and we expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless all the above-mentioned from any liability or other claims whatsoever arising from our participation.

About The Charlotte Harbor Reef Association
We are dedicated to improving the fish populations in Charlotte Harbor and its surrounding waters, to encouraging fishing skills, sportsmanship and conservation among our young anglers and to promoting scientific studies and marine research projects. Our current partnerships include Charlotte County, the University of Florida Sea Grant program, the State of Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Fish Florida Foundation.
